How to Order

When you place an order on our website, we begin crafting your shoes just for you. Each pair is handmade to order, from the wooden soles, meticulously carved by a skilled artisan, to the leatherwork and hand-painted details that define our exclusive designs. These aren’t just shoes, they’re wearable pieces of art.

Because every pair is custom-made, you have the freedom to personalize your order. You can choose your preferred heel height, request sizes not listed on our size chart, or modify any design elements to better match your style.

Please note: we use European sizing as we are based in Spain. To ensure the best fit, we recommend measuring your foot and comparing it to our size chart. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us, we’re happy to help.
Each pair takes 20 to 30 days to complete, depending on the complexity and our current order volume. Once your shoes are ready, we’ll notify you and ship them via UPS or FedEx. Delivery takes approximately 4 days within Europe and 2 to 4 days to the US.

This made-to-order process is not only personal, it’s sustainable. We produce only what is needed, using environmentally conscious materials and methods.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, import customs duties will be borne by the recipient. Therefore, customers are advised to contact their country's customs authorities in advance to verify costs and possible import restrictions.

United States Only:

All orders must be placed via our email address Solcaleyo@gmail.com, and all payments must be made via PayPal.

Due to changes in United States policy, as of 29 August 2025, customers must pay the tariffs implemented by the United States government on purchases from the European Union. You should check the policies in your state for more information. (These costs are separate from shipping costs and are collected by the United States government.)

No exchanges or returns are accepted due to the issue of tariffs.
