Shipping policy

When buying, the time the product arrives is also very important, for that reason we take care of hiring the shipping service as quickly as possible, below we detail the times that the shipping takes:

Made to order: Each pair of Sol Caleyo is made to order. The process takes between 20 and 30 days.

 

Shipping times:

Spain: 1 to 3 business days.
Portugal: 1 to 3 business days.
Rest of Europe: 1 to 4 business days.
USA: 1 to 4 business days.
Australia: 1 to 3 business days. Central America: 1 to 5 business days.
South America; 1 to 6 business days.

 

Shipping costs:

Delivery charges are not included in the price of the items. These will be shown separately in your order summary. Charges will be calculated based on the destination.

 

What happens if I’m not at the address I provided when the courier comes to deliver the order?

Following an initial delivery attempt, the courier will leave you a delivery notice asking you to contact them to arrange a new delivery date. This delivery can be made either to the delivery address you provided or at one of the courier’s branches.
