The Argentina Sandals by Sol Caleyo are handmade Argentina flag leather open toe platform mule sandals with three gold stars, old-gold studs and a 13 cm straight natural lacquered wooden heel, made to order in Spain in EU sizes 33-47 and beyond, ready in 20-30 days and shipped worldwide.
Meet the Argentina Sandals: open-toe, open-back mule sandals held by a single wide strap over the instep. The strap is a hand-stitched flag of sky blue and white leather panels, with three gold stars on the white stripe, a version inspired by Argentina’s football pride. A black leather trim and round flat old-gold studs finish the edge. The heel and platform are straight, in natural wood. Cut and assembled by hand in our workshop in Spain.
Built by hand, from the ground up
- Wooden heel and platform: a 13 cm straight heel, including a 6 cm platform, in natural wood finished with lacquer.
- Strap: a single wide strap over the instep, with an open toe and an open back.
- Upper: sky blue and white leather panels stitched by hand into the flag, with three gold stars, and black leather trim.
- Stud detail: round flat old-gold studs finishing the edge, placed by hand.
- Outer sole: a double black tractor-style rubber sole for grip and durability.
- Inside: a padded insole lined with camel suede goat leather.

This is a design inspired by the Argentine flag, with three gold stars. The flag is built from sky blue and white leather panels, cut and stitched by hand.

How do I care for the leather and the wooden sole?
Clean the leather with a damp cloth and nourish it with leather cream. The wooden sole is protected with lacquer, so it needs no special care.
